What we collect

We collect information you give us directly — for example when you create an account, sign in, buy a subscription or hardware, or contact support. That can include your name, email address, username, password (stored securely, not in plain text), billing and shipping details, and messages you send us.

When you use live viewing, camera setup, or replay features, we process technical data needed to run the service — such as stream identifiers, device or session information, and logs that help us fix errors and keep the platform safe.

How we use your information

We use this information to provide and improve MemberCam, process payments and deliveries, verify your identity where needed, send service-related notices, protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

Sharing

We share information with trusted service providers who help us run the product — for example payment processors, hosting, email delivery, or analytics — only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf and under appropriate agreements.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.

Security and retention

MemberCam is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from those children.
